Hjelm Uvex airwing B 9762

The Uvex airwing B 9762 helmet is a safety helmet constructed from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) designed to offer impact protection in industrial and outdoor environments. The model features a streamlined black shell with an internal suspension system that balances low weight and secure fit. Ventilation channels and a comfortable liner support prolonged use while maintaining protection, making the helmet suitable for tasks that require head protection without restricting movement.

Advantages

The helmet combines a durable HDPE outer shell with an internal harness that distributes force and improves fit. Its lightweight construction reduces user fatigue during long shifts. Integrated ventilation provides airflow to help regulate temperature, and the unisex black design is neutral and compatible with a range of workwear. The interior padding and adjustable straps allow for a customizable fit, enhancing comfort while maintaining safety standards.

How to use

Place the helmet on the head so the front edge sits just above the eyebrows and adjust the internal harness to achieve a snug but comfortable fit. Fasten and adjust the chin strap to ensure the helmet remains securely in place during movement. Inspect the helmet before each use for any cracks, deformation, or damage to the shell, harness, or liner. Replace the helmet if it shows signs of impact or material fatigue. Clean the shell with mild soap and water and allow the lining to dry completely before storage.

Recommendations

Use the helmet as part of a comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE) program. Ensure compatibility with other PPE such as safety goggles, hearing protection, and face shields, and follow workplace safety procedures and applicable standards for head protection.
