HP Poly Sync 40 Microsoft Teams-certificeret speakerphone

Poly Sync 40 is a universal speakerphone designed for flexible and huddle rooms, offering wired (USB) and wireless (Bluetooth) connectivity in a compact black enclosure. Zoom certified, it provides a professional audio experience with a multi-microphone array and full duplex audio to capture speech clearly and allow natural conversation flow. The device is portable thanks to a 5000 mAh battery and supports up to 30 hours of talk time when deployed for meetings.

Advantages

The multi-microphone array reduces background noise and echo while full duplex audio enables simultaneous speaking without cutting off participants. The unit pairs wirelessly with a second Sync 40 to cover larger rooms. IT-friendly remote device management simplifies inventory, firmware updates, and large-scale deployment, while plug-and-play operation requires no end-user training.

How to use

Connect the Poly Sync 40 to a computer via the supplied USB cable or pair it with a smartphone or laptop using Bluetooth. Place the device centrally on the meeting table for optimal microphone pickup. For larger rooms, wirelessly pair a second Sync 40 unit. Use your conferencing application (for example Zoom, which is certified for Sync 40) and select the Sync 40 as the audio input and output device. Charge the device using the supplied cable when the battery is low.

Recommendations

For best results, position the speakerphone in the centre of the participant group, keep the table clear of obstructions near the unit, and ensure firmware is kept up to date via Poly device management solutions to maintain audio performance and feature updates.
