Huldon-udvidelsesadapter C.K Tools T3216

Adapter C.K Tools T3216 is a drill-mounted accessory engineered to expand existing holes with controlled precision. Designed to attach securely to compatible drills, it enables tradespeople and DIY users to enlarge holes in sheet metal, plastic, wood and other construction materials where accurate hole sizing is needed. The adapter supports straightforward operation and stable positioning during enlargement tasks, reducing wobble and improving repeatability compared with improvised methods.

Advantages

The adapter offers a robust connection to standard drill chucks and a simple interface for attaching cutting or reaming attachments. Its construction focuses on stability and ease of use to maintain concentricity while enlarging holes. The design minimizes radial play and allows users to control material removal incrementally. Compact dimensions and a durable finish contribute to consistent performance in workshop and on-site environments.

How to use

Secure the adapter in the drill chuck and ensure it is tightened to prevent slippage. Fit the appropriate cutting or reaming attachment into the adapter according to the attachment manufacturer’s guidance. Position the drill so the adapter aligns with the existing hole, apply steady axial pressure and run the drill at a controlled speed appropriate for the material. Make incremental passes until the desired diameter is achieved, periodically checking fit with the intended fastener or fitting.

Recommendations

Use suitable personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and gloves. Select drill speeds and cutting attachments that match the material being worked on. Avoid excessive axial force to prevent tool damage and maintain concentricity; coolant or cutting lubricant can be used when enlarging holes in metal to extend cutter life and improve finish.
