How to use

Insert A3 documents flat into the folder’s opening to avoid creasing; ensure pages are aligned with the folder edges before closing. Store the folder upright on a shelf or flat in a drawer depending on available space. For transportation, place the folder inside a briefcase or carrying bag to reduce bending or external pressure. Clean the polypropylene surface with a soft damp cloth to remove dust or light marks.

Recommendations

For prolonged preservation of important documents, avoid exposing the folder to direct sunlight for extended periods and keep it away from high heat sources. Use the folder in combination with labelled dividers or adhesive tabs for easier retrieval of specific documents within larger sets.
