Industriel pincet C.K Tools T2390

The Industrial Tweezer C.K Tools T2390 is a 130 mm precision tweezer designed for safe handling of sensitive electronic components and fine assembly tasks. It combines a high-grade stainless steel bow with carbon fibre tips for controlled, non-damaging contact and long-term reliability in professional environments.

Advantages

Carbon fibre tips ensure safe, non-conductive contact with highly sensitive electrical parts. The stainless steel bow is acid- and corrosion-resistant for durability. The tool is fully ESD compliant and anti-magnetic to prevent electro-magnetic interference or damage. Heat resistance up to 270 °C allows use near hot components and soldering operations.

How to use

Hold the tweezer by the stainless steel bow and align the carbon fibre tips with the component. Apply gentle pressure to grasp parts without deforming them. When working with solder or hot assemblies, keep the tips at a safe distance from direct flame and avoid prolonged contact with surfaces above 270 °C. After use, clean the tips with a soft, lint-free cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the carbon fibre.

Recommendations

Use the tweezer in ESD-protected work areas when handling static-sensitive devices. Store in a dry, corrosion-free environment and inspect tips for wear before precision tasks. Replace the tool if tips become frayed or the anti-magnetic/ESD properties are compromised.
