InLine 17291E kabel-kønsskifter DisplayPort grå, sort

The InLine DisplayPort 1.4 adapter (model 17291E) is a right-angle DisplayPort male-to-female gender changer designed to save space while maintaining a reliable connection for high-resolution displays. It supports DisplayPort 1.4 signaling for video and audio transmission and is finished in a grey and black colour scheme with gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity and corrosion resistance.

Advantages

This DisplayPort male/female adapter provides a compact 90° left connector orientation that reduces cable strain and enables installation in confined spaces behind monitors or workstations. Gold-plated contacts ensure stable signal quality for high-bandwidth content, and the robust housing offers long-term mechanical durability for regular use.

Suitable for

• Connecting DisplayPort cables when a straight connection is impractical
• Space-constrained installations behind monitors, docking stations, or wall mounts
• Professional setups requiring high-resolution video and audio transmission

How to use

Insert the DisplayPort male end of the adapter into the DisplayPort output on your source device, then connect a standard DisplayPort cable to the female end and to the display. Ensure connectors are fully seated to maintain signal integrity. Use the 90° left orientation to route cables neatly and reduce bending stress at the connector.

Recommendations

For reliable 8K performance, use certified DisplayPort 1.4 cables and verify that both source and display support the required resolution and bandwidth. Avoid excessive bending or pulling on the adapter and connectors to extend service life.
