InLine computer power switch remote cable, hvid, 2 m

For PC builders and technicians who need to control a system without reaching into the case, this remote power switch cable puts the reset and power functions right at your fingertips. Instead of fumbling behind a rack or opening a chassis, you get a clean, momentary push button on a 2-metre lead that connects directly to the motherboard's standard Power SW header. The white PVC jacket and matching plastic switch housing keep the setup tidy, while the universal 2-pin female connector works with virtually any ATX board. Whether you're running an open-air test bench, a custom case with awkward front-panel wiring, or a server tucked into a tight corner, this cable extends the power control exactly where you need it.

Highlights

• Remote power on/off for any PC with a standard 2-pin Power SW header
• 2-metre cable length gives you freedom to place the switch away from the motherboard
• Momentary push button matches the behaviour of a normal front-panel power switch
• Simple installation: plug the female header onto the motherboard's Power SW pins
• White PVC cable and plastic switch housing blend into light-coloured builds
• CE and RoHS certified for safe use in home and office environments

In daily use

Connect the 2-pin female header to the Power SW pins on your motherboard, then run the cable to wherever you want the switch. A short press powers the system on or off, exactly like a standard case button. The PVC jacket is flexible enough to route through cable management channels, and the plastic switch housing is small enough to mount with double-sided tape or a screw. Because it uses the motherboard's own signal voltage (3.3 V or 5 V), there is no external power supply needed. This cable is especially useful for test benches, mining rigs, home servers, or any build where the original case switch is missing or hard to reach.
