InLine DisplayPort-kabel sort forgyldt 10 m

The InLine DisplayPort Cable (10 m) with gold-plated connectors is designed for transmitting high-quality digital video and audio between devices with DisplayPort interfaces. The cable conforms to VESA DisplayPort standards and supports advanced DisplayPort features such as Multi Stream Transport (MST), HDCP 1.3 and DPCP content protection, and extended colour profiles. With a robust DisplayPort 1.2/1.3-compatible design it is suitable for use with home theatre systems, presentations and digital signage where reliable signal transmission over a longer distance is required.

Advantages

Gold-plated DisplayPort connectors reduce contact resistance and help maintain stable signal transfer. The 10 m length provides flexibility for device placement in living rooms, conference rooms or signage installations. The cable’s compliance with VESA specifications and support for high bandwidth DisplayPort features ensures compatibility with a wide range of monitors and sources that implement DisplayPort standards. UL certification indicates adherence to recognised safety standards.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs or laptops to DisplayPort monitors or projectors over longer distances
• Home theatre setups requiring a single-cable digital video and audio connection
• Presentation and conference room AV connections
• Digital signage and public display installations

Key specifications

• Length: 10 m
• Connectors: DisplayPort to DisplayPort (gold plated)
• Colour: Black
• Standards: VESA DisplayPort compatible (supports MST, HDCP 1.3, DPCP, multiple colour profiles)
• Certification: UL certified

How to use

Connect one DisplayPort end to the source device (PC, laptop, media player) and the other end to the DisplayPort input on the monitor, projector or display. Ensure both devices are powered on and set the display input to the DisplayPort source. For multi-monitor setups using MST, configure the source device’s display settings or graphics driver to enable extended desktop or mirrored displays. Avoid tight cable bends and secure the cable to prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use devices and displays that support the same DisplayPort version or higher. If you require resolutions above 1080p on long runs, verify the display and source capabilities (DisplayPort 1.2/1.3) and consider active or certified high-bandwidth cables when needed. Keep connectors clean and avoid excessive mechanical stress to maintain signal integrity.
