InLine DisplayPort til HDMI konverterkabel, sort, 5 m

InLine DisplayPort to HDMI converter cable, 5 m, black — cable for connecting a graphics card or notebook DisplayPort output to HDMI monitors or TVs. The cable carries both video and audio signals and is intended for use where a DisplayPort source must be connected to an HDMI display without a separate adapter box.

Advantages

The 5 m length provides flexible placement of the HDMI display relative to the source device. A single-cable solution transfers digital video and audio together over a durable black jacket, reducing cable clutter and eliminating the need for a separate converter device. The cable is compatible with common DisplayPort-equipped laptops and desktops and with HDMI displays from monitors to televisions.

Suitable for

• Connecting a desktop PC graphics card with DisplayPort output to an HDMI monitor
• Connecting a notebook with DisplayPort output to an HDMI TV for presentations or media playback
• Extending the reach between a DisplayPort source and an HDMI display without adding adapters

How to use

Connect the DisplayPort plug to the DisplayPort output on the PC or notebook and insert the HDMI plug into the HDMI input of the monitor or TV. Ensure both devices are powered on and set the display source on the monitor/TV to the connected HDMI input. The display should be recognised automatically; if not, check the source device’s display settings and select the external display or duplicate/extend desktop as required.

Recommendations

Use at distances up to 5 m to maintain signal integrity; avoid sharp bends and heavy pressure on the cable. If no signal is detected, verify the DisplayPort output supports audio/video pass-through and try another HDMI input or cable.
