InLine fladt patchkabel, U/FTP, Cat.6A, blå, 1,5 m

The InLine Flat patch cable U/FTP Cat.6A blue 1.5m is a slim, shielded Ethernet cable designed for high-speed data transmission in environments where space is limited. This 1.5 meter cable uses RJ-45 connectors on both ends and U/FTP shielding to reduce crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference. Its flat profile and flexible jacket make it suitable for routing under carpets, along skirting boards, and through narrow gaps without creating visible bulges.

Advantages

The U/FTP Cat.6A construction supports stable 10 Gigabit Ethernet links at short to medium distances while the shielded design helps maintain signal integrity in electrically noisy environments. The flat cable geometry simplifies installation in confined channels and allows for neater cable management compared with round cables. Pre-terminated RJ-45 plugs provide plug-and-play connectivity and compatibility with standard network devices.

Suitable for

• Home and small office network connections
• Connecting switches, routers, and networked devices over short runs
• Installation under carpets or along walls and skirting boards
• Environments where reduced electromagnetic interference is required

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat.6A U/FTP
• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Design: flat, low-profile jacket
• Colour: blue
• Primary use: Ethernet data transmission up to 10 Gbps (application dependent)

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (for example a switch, router or network adapter) and the other plug to the corresponding port on the second device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a secure connection. Route the flat cable along the desired path, avoiding tight bends and excessive mechanical stress at the connector boots. For best performance, keep the cable away from strong sources of electrical noise where possible.

Recommendations

For reliable 10 Gbps performance, verify that connected equipment and patch panels support Cat6A links and maintain recommended bend radius. Use the flat form factor for low-profile routing, but avoid compressing the cable under heavy furniture or doorways to preserve shielding and conductor geometry.
