InLine fladt patchkabel, U/FTP, Cat.6A, grå, 1 m

The InLine Flat patch cable U/FTP Cat.6A grey 1m is a 1 metre shielded Ethernet lead engineered for high-speed wired networks. Its U/FTP (unshielded twisted pair with foil overall or pair shielding) construction and Cat6A category support augmented bandwidth and improved crosstalk protection compared with lower category cables. The cable ends are fitted with standard RJ-45 connectors on both sides, and the flat profile allows discreet routing along walls, under carpets, or through narrow conduits while maintaining consistent signal transmission.

Advantages

The flat form factor reduces bulk and simplifies installation in confined or low-clearance pathways. The U/FTP shielding lowers electromagnetic interference and helps preserve signal integrity in environments with multiple nearby cables or electronic equipment. Cat.6A specification enables support for higher data rates and better performance at frequencies up to the Cat6A standard, making the cable suitable for modern wired network requirements. The neutral grey color provides a professional appearance and easy visual integration into office or home setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers, laptops or network devices to switches and routers
• Patch panels and wall outlets in offices and data cabinets
• Routing along skirting boards, under flooring edges, or behind furniture where space is limited
• Environments requiring reduced interference from nearby equipment or cable bundles

Key specifications

• Cable type: U/FTP (foil-shielded pairs)
• Category: Cat.6A
• Length: 1 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Profile: Flat
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Insert one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your computer, switch or router, and the other connector into the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Due to the flat design, guide the cable along baseboards, under carpets or through tight openings without forcing sharp bends; maintain gentle curves to avoid stressing the internal conductors. If connecting to a patch panel or keystone jack, verify port wiring and port speed settings on connected equipment to match desired network parameters.

Recommendations

The cable is intended for indoor use in structured cabling and desktop applications. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive moisture, or mechanical strain. For optimal performance in high-density installations, separate power and data cabling where possible and avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines for extended distances.
