InLine fladt patchkabel, U/FTP, Cat.6A, hvid, 3 m

The InLine Flat patch cable U/FTP Cat.6A white 3m is a 3-meter network patch cable designed for high-speed Ethernet connections. It uses Cat.6A category construction with U/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends to support reliable data transmission and reduced electromagnetic interference. The flat profile and white jacket enable discreet routing along walls, under carpets or behind furniture where space is limited.

Advantages

U/FTP shielding around individual pairs plus an overall screen provide improved protection against crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference, which helps maintain signal integrity at higher data rates. The Cat.6A specification supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet over short to medium distances, and the RJ-45 terminations ensure compatibility with standard network devices. The flat cable profile simplifies installation in narrow channels, under flooring or along skirting boards and reduces visible cable bulk in residential and office environments.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections in home or small office networks
• Patch connections between switches, routers and wall outlets
• Routing under carpets, along skirting boards or in cable ducts with limited height
• Areas where reduced electromagnetic interference is required (near power lines or other electronic equipment)

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.6A
• Shielding: U/FTP (unshielded overall with foil-shielded twisted pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Length: 3 m
• Profile: flat
• Colour: white
• Intended use: Ethernet networking, patching

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to the network device (switch, router, modem or network interface) and the other end to the target device or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch engages. Route the flat cable along the desired path, avoiding sharp bends and tight crimps that could damage the internal pairs. Keep the cable separated from strong sources of electromagnetic noise where possible for optimal performance.

Recommendations

For best results use the cable within the specified 3 m length for 10 Gigabit links and avoid repeated sharp bends. When routing under carpets or through narrow channels, allow gentle curves and do not pinch the cable. If long continuous runs or outdoor installation are required, consider using purpose-designed bulk cable or conduit suited to those conditions.
