InLine fladt patchkabel, U/FTP, Cat.6A, rød, 2 m

The InLine Flat patch cable U/FTP Cat.6A red 2m is a 2-metre networking cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed for reliable data transmission in environments that require enhanced interference protection. Its flat profile and U/FTP shielding make it suitable for installations where space is limited and signal integrity matters. The cable supports Category 6A performance levels, enabling high-speed Ethernet connections in home and office networks.

Advantages

The U/FTP shielding provides individual pair foil coverage and an overall screen that reduces crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference, improving connection stability for demanding applications. The flat design allows the cable to be routed under carpets, along skirting boards, and through tight spaces more easily than round cables. Red colour coding simplifies identification in multi-cable setups and can help organise network runs by purpose or function.

Suitable for

• Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections within 2 m distances
• Home office and small office networking where space is limited
• Patch connections between switches, routers, patch panels and wall outlets
• Cable runs under floors, along baseboards, or behind furniture

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.6A performance
• Shielding: U/FTP (overall and per-pair foil shielding)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Length: 2 m
• Design: Flat cable profile
• Colour: Red

How to use

Connect each RJ-45 connector to the corresponding Ethernet port on your devices such as switches, routers, computers or wall outlets. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the flat cable along skirting boards, under carpets or through cable channels as needed; avoid tight bending at the connector ends to prevent stress. For optimal performance, keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference when possible.

Recommendations

For best results, use this Cat.6A U/FTP patch cable for short runs up to 2 metres where high-speed and low-interference connections are required. When installing under carpets or in narrow channels, maintain gentle bends and avoid placing heavy objects on the cable to preserve its flat profile and shielding integrity.
