InLine patchkabel F/UTP Cat.5e grøn 0,3 m

The InLine Patch Cable F/UTP Cat.5e green 0.3m is a short, shielded Ethernet patch cable engineered for reliable data transmission in compact network setups. The F/UTP design provides a foil shield around the twisted pairs to reduce electromagnetic interference, while the Cat5e specification supports common broadband and LAN speeds. Fitted with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and finished in green, this 0.3 m cable is intended for neat connections between switches, patch panels, routers and networked devices where a short, identifiable link is required.

Advantages

The F/UTP shielding lowers crosstalk and external interference compared with unshielded alternatives, improving signal stability in environments with multiple electronic devices. The compact 0.3 m length reduces cable clutter and is suitable for close-proximity connections in racks or desktop installations. Standard RJ-45 terminations ensure broad compatibility with networking equipment that supports Cat5e cabling. The green jacket simplifies visual identification in patch panels and cable management systems.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections between switches, patch panels and wall outlets
• Connecting routers or modems to a nearby network device
• Desktop or rack-mounted equipment where space is limited
• Colour-coded cable management and easy identification in network installations

Key specifications

• Cable type: F/UTP (foiled shield around twisted pairs)
• Category: Cat5e
• Length: 0.3 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Colour: Green

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network port of your switch, patch panel, router or device and the other plug to the corresponding port on the adjacent equipment. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure physical connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends or heavy torsion; maintain gentle curves to preserve internal pair geometry and shielding effectiveness. For shielded installations, verify proper grounding of network equipment to maximize interference protection.

Recommendations

Use this 0.3 m Cat5e F/UTP cable for short, high-density installations where reduced electromagnetic interference and tidy cable management are priorities. Avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines and inspect connectors for secure seating; replace if connectors show visible damage.
