InLine patchkabel flad, U/FTP, Cat.8.1, TPE halogenfri, sort, 3 m

The InLine Patch Cable Flat U/FTP Cat.8.1 TPE Halogen-Free Black 3m is a 3-metre flat Ethernet cable engineered for high-speed network connections meeting Cat.8.1 requirements. Constructed with U/FTP shielding to limit crosstalk and electromagnetic interference, the cable uses RJ-45 connectors on both ends for broad compatibility with switches, routers, patch panels and network devices. The halogen-free TPE jacket provides a flexible, low-smoke, flame-retardant outer layer suitable for installation in occupied spaces where reduced toxic emissions are desired.

Advantages

The flat design reduces profile height and eases routing in tight spaces such as under carpets or along walls while maintaining signal integrity. U/FTP shielding around individual pairs plus an overall foil shield improves noise rejection for stable high-frequency transmission. The halogen-free TPE material offers enhanced safety characteristics compared with standard PVC, and the RJ-45 terminations ensure plug-and-play compatibility with existing Ethernet equipment.

Suitable for

• High-speed LAN and data centre patching over short distances up to 3 m
• Home and office network installations where low-profile cabling is needed
• Connections between network devices such as switches, routers, NICs and patch panels
• Environments requiring halogen-free materials for reduced smoke and toxic emissions

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat.8.1
• Shielding: U/FTP (overall foil plus individually shielded pairs)
• Length: 3 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Cable profile: flat design
• Jacket material: halogen-free TPE
• Colour: black

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into a network device and the other into a second device such as a switch, router or wall-mounted outlet. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks to maintain a secure connection. Route the flat cable along edges, under flooring trims or behind furniture to minimize visibility and avoid tight bends that could stress the conductors. For permanent installations, avoid pinching the cable and keep it away from sources of heat or sharp objects.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat.8.1 U/FTP cable for short runs up to 3 m where high bandwidth and low interference are required. Avoid excessive bending radii and do not place heavy objects on the cable. When installing in enclosed conduits or high-temperature environments, verify that TPE temperature ratings meet site conditions.
