InLine patchkabel SF/UTP Cat.5e blå 20m

The InLine Patch Cable SF/UTP Cat.5e in blue, 20 m long, is a twisted-pair network cable designed for connecting network components with RJ45 ports such as switches, routers, sockets, patch panels and network cards. The cable supports Gigabit connections up to 1 Gbit/s at frequencies up to 125 MHz and uses SF/UTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and improve signal stability.

Advantages

This Cat.5e SF/UTP patch cable provides reliable Gigabit performance, two RJ-45 connectors for straightforward plug-and-play installation, and a 20 m length suitable for longer runs. The shielding (SF/UTP) helps to minimise crosstalk and external interference, while the blue jacket allows for easy identification inside network cabling installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and network sockets
• Patch panels and network interface cards
• Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000Base-T) connections
• Office and data cabinet cabling where 20 m link length is required

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat.5e
• Shielding: SF/UTP
• Length: 20 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Maximum data rate: 1 Gbit/s
• Maximum frequency: 125 MHz
• Colour: Blue
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network device (for example a switch or router) and the other RJ-45 connector to the target device or wall socket. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a reliable connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and areas with strong electromagnetic sources to preserve signal quality.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat.5e SF/UTP cable within its specified 20 m length and avoid running it in parallel with high-voltage power lines. Test the link after installation to verify Gigabit negotiation and shield continuity when used in environments with potential interference.
