InLine patchkabel SF/UTP Cat.5e blå 5 m

The InLine Patch Cable Cat.5e (5 m) is a shielded SF/UTP twisted-pair network cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Designed for connecting switches, routers, wall sockets, patch panels and network cards, it supports Gigabit Ethernet (1000 Mbit/s) at up to 125 MHz and provides improved protection against external interference thanks to SF/UTP shielding. The cable is blue and intended for standard structured-network installations.

Advantages

SF/UTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference for more stable data transmission. Rated for 10/100/1000Base-T(X), the cable enables Gigabit connections and is compatible with common RJ-45 network equipment. A 5 m length offers flexibility for typical office or home setups while the blue jacket helps with visual identification in cable bundles.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches and routers
• Patch panels and wall sockets
• Network interface cards (NICs) in desktops and servers
• Gigabit Ethernet links up to 1 Gbit/s

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network ports on your devices (switch, router, socket or network card). Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure connection. For best performance, avoid sharp bends and keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic noise. Use cable management to prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

For stable Gigabit performance, use the cable for short to medium runs within office or home environments and avoid excessive kinking or tight bends. If you require shielded cabling throughout a structured installation, ensure proper termination and grounding of shielded components.
