InLine patchkabel SF/UTP Cat.5e hvid 5 m

The InLine Patch Cable SF/UTP Cat.5e white 5m is a 5-metre network patch cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. It is a Cat.5e twisted pair cable with SF/UTP shielding, designed for connecting switches, routers, sockets, patch panels and network cards. The cable supports Gigabit Ethernet (1 Gb/s) at a maximum frequency of 125 MHz and is finished in white to blend with home or office environments.

Advantages

SF/UTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, improving signal stability in environments with multiple cables or nearby electronic equipment. Cat.5e specification supports Gigabit connections up to 1 Gb/s at 125 MHz. RJ-45 connectors on both ends ensure compatibility with standard network ports. The 5 m length offers flexibility for typical desk-to-wall or patch panel-to-switch connections, and the white jacket provides a neutral appearance.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and network sockets
• Patch panels and server rack patching
• Desktop and office network connections
• Home networking where a 5 m reach is required

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.5e twisted pair cable (SF/UTP)
• Length: 5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Data rate: up to 1 Gb/s
• Maximum frequency: 125 MHz
• Colour: White

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into a network port on a switch, router, wall socket or network card and the other connector into the corresponding port on the target device. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and heavy compression; maintain gentle curves to preserve signal integrity. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a reliable physical and electrical connection.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable parallel and close to high-voltage power lines or large electrical appliances. Use cable management (clips, trays or ties) to prevent strain on connectors and to maintain neat routing in installations.
