InLine patchkabel SF/UTP Cat.5e rød 20 m

The InLine Patch Cable SF/UTP Cat.5e red 20m is a 20 m network patch cable designed for connecting network components with RJ45 connectors, including switches, routers, wall sockets, patch panels and network cards. The cable supports Gigabit connections (1 Gb/s) with a maximum frequency of 125 MHz and uses SF/UTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and improve signal integrity. The red jacket helps with easy identification in installations.

Advantages

SF/UTP shielding provides improved protection against external interference compared with unshielded cables, supporting more stable data transmission. Cat.5e specification ensures compatibility with Gigabit Ethernet at up to 125 MHz. The 20 m length covers longer runs without the need for intermediate patching, and the bright red color simplifies cable management and fault tracing.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and patch panels
• Linking workstations and network cards to wall sockets
• Patch cabling in server rooms, racks and structured cabling systems
• Home and small office Gigabit Ethernet connections

How to use

Connect one RJ45 plug to the network device (switch, router or network card) and the other plug to the corresponding port or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and check link/activity LEDs on connected devices to confirm a successful connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference where possible.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, maintain bend radii greater than the cable diameter, avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines, and use proper cable management in racks and conduits. Test links after installation to verify Gigabit connectivity and signal quality.
