InLine patchkabel SF/UTP Cat.5e sort 0,25 m

The InLine Patch Cable SF/UTP Cat.5e black 0.25m is a short, shielded twisted-pair cable for connecting RJ45-equipped network components such as switches, routers, sockets, patch panels and network cards. Designed to support Gigabit Ethernet (1 Gb/s) at up to 125 MHz, the cable uses SF/UTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and a compact 0.25 m length for connections in confined spaces.

Advantages

The SF/UTP Cat.5e construction provides improved protection against external interference compared with unshielded cables, while RJ-45 connectors ensure straightforward, standardised connectivity. The short 0.25 m length minimises cable clutter and signal loss in close-proximity connections, and the black jacket offers a neutral appearance that blends into typical networking installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and network cards at short distances
• Patch panels and wall sockets where a short jumper is required
• Tidy cabling in server racks, wall-mounted installations or desktop setups

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network port of your device (for example a switch, router, patch panel or network card) and the other RJ-45 plug to the corresponding port on the second device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Use the 0.25 m cable where short, direct connections are required to avoid excess cabling and maintain neat installations.

Recommendations

Use this SF/UTP Cat.5e patch cable for short-distance Gigabit connections in environments where reduced interference is beneficial. Avoid routing the cable near high-power electrical lines or sources of strong electromagnetic noise for best performance.
