Interfacekabel APG Cash Drawer MultiPRO CD-101A 5 fod

The APG Cash Drawer MultiPRO CD-101A is a 5-foot (1.5 m) interface cable designed to connect APG cash drawers to compatible receipt printers. It uses an RJ-12 connector and is intended as a direct replacement for older APG cables such as CD-005A and CD-014A. The cable provides a straightforward wired connection for reliable cash drawer signalling in retail and point-of-sale setups.

Advantages

The CD-101A offers a standard RJ-12 interface and a 5-foot length that allows flexible placement of the cash drawer relative to the printer. Its construction is suitable for typical retail environments and it is compatible with specific Epson and Star printers, making it a convenient replacement part for existing installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting APG cash drawers to Epson receipt printers that support RJ-12 drawer kick
• Connecting APG cash drawers to Star printers with compatible drawer port
• Replacing worn or lost cash drawer cables (replaces CD-005A and CD-014A)

Recommendations

Use the CD-101A in installations where the printer and cash drawer require an RJ-12 interface and where a 1.5 m cable provides sufficient reach. If a longer or shorter cable is needed, select an appropriately sized APG cable. Inspect connectors for damage before installation and replace the cable if signs of wear appear.
