Interfacekort Thermaltake AC-060-CO1OTN-C2 PCIe sort

The Thermaltake TT Premium PCI-E 4.0 Extender (200mm) is an internal PCIe interface cable assembly designed to extend a PCIe slot for flexible GPU placement and vertical GPU mounting. The extender supports PCIe 4.0 data rates and is compatible with both AMD and Intel motherboards. It includes a 200 mm cable length, a male host connector and a female output connector, and is intended to preserve signal integrity while allowing alternate GPU layouts inside a PC chassis.

Advantages

The TT Premium extender provides high-speed data transfer up to 16 Gbit/s, EMI shielding using conducting polymer, and a specially designed cable protector to improve durability and reduce the risk of cable damage. Its slim, highly-routable and foldable flat-cable design reduces space usage and helps optimize chassis airflow. The product is lightweight and tested for signal integrity to ensure reliable performance comparable to in-slot configurations.

Suitable for

• Connecting and positioning a graphics card away from the motherboard slot (vertical mounting or custom layouts)
• Systems requiring flexible GPU placement in compact or showcase PC cases
• Upgrading or modifying high-performance gaming, workstation, or content-creation PCs

Key specifications

• Model: Thermaltake TT Premium PCI-E 4.0 Extender – 200mm (AC-060-CO1OTN-C2)
• Cable length: 200 mm
• Maximum data rate: up to 16 Gbit/s (PCIe 4.0)
• Connectors: male host interface and female output interface
• Compatibility: supports AMD and Intel motherboards
• Shielding: EMI shielding with conducting polymer

How to use

Install the male end of the extender into the motherboard PCIe slot and connect the GPU or other PCIe card to the female end. Route and fold the flat cable as needed to fit inside the case while avoiding sharp bends. If using a vertical GPU mount, attach the 90-degree adapter (if applicable for your setup) and secure the card according to your chassis instructions. Ensure all connections are firmly seated before powering the system.

Recommendations

To maintain optimal signal integrity, avoid extreme bending of the flat cable and keep it clear of strong EMI sources. Use the cable protector where the cable meets connectors to reduce strain and prolong lifespan. Verify compatibility with your chassis dimensions and mounting brackets before installation.
