Intern harddiskoption til Ricoh-multifunktionsprintere – 320 GB (model 423519)

Internal 320 GB hard drive option designed for compatible Ricoh multifunction printers. This internal HDD provides additional onboard storage for scanned documents, print jobs and device settings, enabling local archiving, job spooling and some secure storage features. The drive is intended as an accessory to expand the printer's capacity for temporary and longer-term file retention without relying on external servers.

Advantages

The internal HDD increases available local storage capacity, reducing the need to offload large print and scan workflows immediately. It supports efficient job spooling to improve throughput on busy devices and enables storing device configurations and logs locally. When used with supported Ricoh software features, the drive can help implement on-device document retention and faster retrieval of frequently used files.

• Offices that require additional local storage for scanned documents and print jobs
• Departments with high-volume printing where job spooling improves device performance
• Workplaces that need local archiving or short-term retention on the multifunction printer
• Environments where storing device settings and logs on-board simplifies administration
