Internt USB-kabel Akasa AK-CBUB36-30BK

The Akasa AK-CBUB36-30BK is a 0.3 m internal USB cable that converts a USB 3.0 19-pin female connector to a USB 2.0 9-pin male connector. It is compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 3.2 Gen 1 (USB 3.1 Gen 1) standards and is intended for connecting motherboard USB headers to front panel ports or other internal USB devices. The pack contains one cable.

Advantages

The cable provides a compact internal connection solution for systems where a 19-pin USB 3.0 header must be adapted to a 9-pin USB 2.0 connector. It supports standard USB 2.0 and USB 3.2 Gen 1 physical interfaces, offers straightforward installation in tight chassis spaces thanks to its 0.3 m length, and is manufactured by Akasa to match common motherboard header layouts.

Suitable for

• Connecting motherboard USB headers to front panel USB ports
• Adapting a USB 3.0 19-pin female connector to a USB 2.0 9-pin male connector
• Internal connections for drives, card readers, or expansion brackets that use USB headers

Key specifications

• Brand: Akasa
• Model: AK-CBUB36-30BK
• Length: 0.3 m
• Connector A: USB 3.0 / USB 3.1 Gen 1 19-pin (female)

How to use

Identify the 19-pin USB 3.0 female header on the device or cable and align the connector with the corresponding motherboard header or internal port. Insert the 19-pin connector into the female port and attach the 9-pin male connector to the motherboard USB 2.0 header, observing pin orientation to avoid misconnection. Route the cable inside the chassis to prevent interference with fans or moving parts.

Recommendations

Use this internal cable for adapting internal USB connections where USB 3.0 physical headers must interface with USB 2.0 headers; ensure the cable length (0.3 m) suits your chassis layout and avoid excessive bending near the connectors.
