Kabelbinderstrammeværktøj Cimco 101930

The Cimco 101930 cable tie gun is a handheld tool designed for precise tensioning and clean cutting of cable ties with a cutting width range up to 4.8 mm. With a compact body width of 160 mm and a durable black-and-red finish, the tool is intended to deliver consistent results in both professional electrical installations and home DIY projects. Its mechanical design focuses on repeatable tension control and a flush cut that leaves minimal protrusion of the tie tail.

Advantages

The tool provides adjustable tensioning suitable for different cable bundle sizes and material types, enabling reliable fastening without damage to cables. Its compact 160 mm width and ergonomic shape improve access in confined spaces. The integrated cutting mechanism trims excess tie tails flush to the head, reducing snagging and improving the finished appearance. The black-and-red housing is built for frequent use and easy handling.

Suitable for

• Electrical and telecommunication cable bundling
• Panel building and wiring harness assembly
• Home workshop and general-purpose fastening tasks
• Automotive wiring and maintenance work

Key specifications

• Cutting width range: 0–4.8 mm
• Overall tool width: 160 mm
• Color: black and red
• Function: tensioning and cutting of cable ties with flush trim
• Design: handheld, mechanical tension control

How to use

Place the cable tie around the bundle and insert the free end into the gun’s nose. Squeeze the handle repeatedly to increase tension to the required level while monitoring the bundle for proper compression. Continue until the built-in cutter engages and trims the excess tie tail flush with the head. Verify that the tie secures the cables without over-compression; if necessary, adjust tension on subsequent uses to match tie material and bundle diameter.

Recommendations

Use cable ties within the tool’s cutting width range and select tie material appropriate for the application and environment. Avoid excessive tension that may deform cable insulation. Keep the gun clean and inspect the cutting edge regularly for wear; replace the tool if cuts become uneven. Store in a dry place to preserve the housing and mechanism.
