Kabelstyringspanel ACT FA2074 5 plastringe 1U

The ACT Cable Management Panel FA2074 5 plastic rings 1U is a rack-mounted cable organizer designed to route and secure network and power cables in server racks and cabinets. Constructed from durable metal with five integrated plastic rings, the panel provides structured cable paths while minimizing stress on connectors and improving airflow around mounted equipment. Its 1U height and 765 mm depth make it suitable for deeper rack installations where extended cable length or rear management is required. The panel is finished in black to match common rack interiors.

Advantages

This cable management panel combines a robust metal frame with plastic D-rings to balance strength and cable protection. The five rings permit clear separation of cable bundles, reducing tangling and simplifying identification. The 1U form factor preserves valuable rack space, while the 765 mm depth accommodates thicker cable runs and rear-routing demands. The black finish offers a discreet appearance in professional IT environments.

How to use

Install the panel in a standard 19-inch rack using compatible mounting hardware at the desired vertical position. Route cable bundles through the plastic rings to separate power and data lines and to avoid undue bending near connectors. Secure cables with Velcro or cable ties as needed, taking care not to overtighten ties around cables. Position the panel so that cables follow a smooth path from patch panels, switches, or equipment ports toward the rear or side of the rack.

Recommendations

For optimal airflow and serviceability, group cables by function and avoid overfilling the rings. Maintain a bend radius appropriate for fiber and shielded cables, and use additional panels or vertical organizers when cable volume exceeds the capacity of a single 1U panel.
