Kageform JATA MC67

The JATA MC67 cake mould set contains six individual flat-surface moulds designed for baking small cakes and desserts. Each mould measures 7.5 cm in diameter and 5.5 cm in height, providing uniform shape and size for consistent portions. Constructed to promote even heat distribution, the set supports reliable browning and stable texture across all pieces, suitable for home bakers and small-scale production.

Advantages

The moulds offer consistent results through uniform dimensions and heat conduction, reducing hotspots and uneven baking. Their flat-surface design simplifies unmoulding and plating, and the compact size is convenient for portion control and presentation. The set of six allows simultaneous baking of multiple items, saving time and ensuring matching shapes for professional-looking servings.

Suitable for

• Cutting consistent cake layers or using as moulds for chilled desserts

Key specifications

• Quantity: 6 moulds per set
• Shape: round, flat-surface
• Diameter: 7.5 cm
• Height: 5.5 cm
• Material characteristics: designed for even heat distribution and easy release (material unspecified)
• Intended use: baking small individual cakes and desserts

How to use

Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated by your recipe. Prepare batter or filling and pour into each mould up to the recommended fill level to allow for rise. If required by the mould material, grease or line the moulds before filling to facilitate unmoulding. Place the moulds on a baking tray for stability and even heat exposure, then bake until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean or until your recipe’s specified doneness is reached. Allow the cakes to cool briefly before inverting each mould to remove the cake and finish plating.

Recommendations

For consistent results, fill each mould uniformly and rotate the baking tray once during cooking if your oven has known hot spots. Use appropriate oven mitts when handling hot moulds and cool them slightly before attempting to unmould. Clean the moulds according to material care instructions; avoid abrasive cleaners if the surface is non-stick.
