Cupcake/muffin-forme JATA MC62

The JATA MC62 baking mould is designed for home preparation of cupcakes and muffins. It features a round shape with a flat surface, a diameter of 21 cm and a height of 60 mm, providing a roomy cavity for individual cakes. The single-pack mould is suitable for conventional ovens and household use, offering consistent heat distribution and convenient release of baked goods when used with appropriate liners or light greasing.

Advantages

The mould's round form and uniform depth allow for even baking and consistent results across batches. Its dimensions — 21 cm diameter and 60 mm height — give enough volume for taller cupcakes or muffins. The flat surface around the cavity simplifies handling and stabilizes the mould in the oven. The single-piece design is easy to store and clean, supporting routine home baking.

Suitable for

• Making standard-size cupcakes and muffins at home
• Preparing individual cakes and filled muffins
• Baking for small family gatherings or casual entertaining
• Testing new cupcake or muffin recipes

Key specifications

• Shape: round with flat surface
• Diameter: 21 cm
• Height: 60 mm
• Pack size: single mould
• Intended use: cupcakes and muffins

How to use

Place the mould on the oven rack or baking tray and, if desired, line each cavity with paper cups or lightly grease the surface to improve release. Preheat the oven according to your recipe and fill the cavities to the recommended level for cupcakes or muffins. Monitor baking time and test with a skewer or toothpick to check doneness. Allow the baked items to cool briefly in the mould before removing to avoid breakage.

Recommendations

For best results, use compatible cupcake liners or apply a thin layer of butter or oil to reduce sticking. Avoid sudden temperature changes to prolong the mould's life: let it cool before washing. Follow the oven temperature guidelines from your recipe and avoid overfilling the cavities to prevent overflow.
