KETER Java Opbevaringsboks 870L grå

Unlike basic plastic chests that crack under sun or slam shut on fingers, the KETER Java Storage Box 870L Grey pairs a spacious 870-litre interior with a robust, wood-look resin build that doubles as a bench for two adults. Its piston-assisted lid opens smoothly and stays in place, while the lockable design (padlock not included) and built-in ventilation keep contents secure, dry, and fresh. Whether you need to stow garden cushions, pool toys, or tools, this all-weather box withstands UV rays, rain, and temperature swings without fading, rusting, or peeling.

Highlights

• Generous 870 L capacity – equivalent to 230 US gallons – fits bulky items with ease.
• Piston-assisted lid mechanism for effortless one-hand opening and soft closing.
• Lockable hasp accepts a standard padlock (not included) to deter theft.
• Weather-resistant polypropylene resin with UV protection – no painting or staining required.
• Wood-look texture adds a stylish, natural aesthetic to any patio, deck, or poolside.
• Doubles as extra seating: supports up to 270 kg (600 lbs) – two adults can sit comfortably.
• Tool-free assembly: snap-together panels and pre-drilled holes mean you’re done in minutes.
• Built-in ventilation promotes air circulation to prevent musty odours and mildew.

In daily use

Place the Java Storage Box against a wall or in a corner, and it becomes a discreet yet handsome storage hub. The flat, reinforced lid invites you to sit while putting on gardening shoes or towelling off after a swim. Inside, the smooth, easy-to-clean floor resists stains, and the ventilation slots keep air moving so towels and cushions stay fresh. When locked, it deters opportunistic theft, yet the lid lifts with a light touch for quick access.
