• Finish: polished stainless surface for ease of cleaning
• Storage: compact form factor suitable for kitchen drawer or cabinet

How to use

Attach the mincer accessory to a compatible Gastroback kitchen machine according to the machine’s assembly instructions. Cut meat into appropriately sized pieces, remove excess sinew and bones, and keep meat cold for best results. Feed the prepared pieces into the mincer feed tube while operating the machine at the recommended speed setting. Disassemble the accessory after use and clean all parts that contacted food by hand washing or using a dishwashing program if allowed by the machine manufacturer; dry thoroughly before storage.

Recommendations

For consistent grinding, partially freeze meat for around 30–60 minutes so it firms but does not freeze solid; this helps produce even texture and reduces clogging. Follow your Gastroback machine manual for assembly and safe operation. Clean and dry the accessory after each use to maintain performance and hygiene.
