Køler Xilence XC040 processorkøler 9,2 cm sort rød

The Xilence XC040 Processor Cooler 9.2 cm Black Red is a compact air cooler designed for mainstream desktop CPU cooling. It features a 92 mm fan with a rotational speed range from 600 to 2200 RPM for variable airflow and thermal performance. The cooler's low noise operation — rated from 14 dB at low speed to 21.8 dB at high speed — aims to balance cooling efficiency and acoustic comfort. With dimensions of 105 mm (W) × 100 mm (D) × 55 mm (H) and a weight of 306 g, this unit fits many standard PC cases while offering a distinctive black-and-red appearance.

Advantages

The Xilence XC040 combines compact size and adjustable fan speed to provide adaptable cooling for a variety of processor loads. Its 92 mm fan delivers sufficient airflow for mainstream CPUs while maintaining relatively low acoustic output across the specified RPM range. The cooler is compatible with a wide range of AMD sockets, making it a versatile option for system builders and upgraders who require a straightforward, space-efficient cooling solution. The black and red color scheme integrates easily into gaming-oriented or color-coordinated builds.

Suitable for

• Cooling mainstream desktop CPUs in compact or mid-tower cases
• System upgrades where socket compatibility with AMD platforms is required
• Quiet home or office computers where low noise is important
• Budget-conscious builds that require a balance of performance and size

How to use

Install the Xilence XC040 following the motherboard and cooler mounting instructions appropriate for your CPU socket. Ensure the system power is disconnected before installation. Position the cooler so the fan intake and exhaust align with case airflow, and secure it to the CPU socket using the supplied mounting hardware. Connect the fan cable to the CPU fan header on the motherboard to allow automatic speed control. After installation, verify secure contact with the CPU and check temperatures in BIOS or monitoring software to confirm proper operation.

Recommendations

For optimal results, apply an appropriate amount of thermal paste between the CPU heat spreader and the cooler base, ensure unobstructed airflow inside the case, and keep intake and exhaust paths free of dust. Use the motherboard fan control settings to adjust fan curve behavior according to workload to maintain a balance between cooling performance and noise levels.
