Kombinationsnøgle Gedore 2297051

Combination Wrench Gedore 2297051 is a hollow-profile, flat-pattern spanner with the same size at both ends and a 50 mm depth. The tool combines a ratchet mechanism for fast tightening and loosening with a precisely ground jaw that matches the spanner size. Manufactured from Gedore vanadium steel (31CrV3), hot forged and matt chrome-plated, it features a warp-resistant geometry with a double T-girder effect and a comfortable hollow profile for improved torque transfer and handling. The ratchet mechanism uses a manganese-phosphated locking insert and pawl; in combination with adaptor 7 RA or 7 RB (ordered separately) the spanner can be converted to a bit ratchet. A European patent has been applied for.

Advantages

The tool delivers high torque transfer and stable performance thanks to its warp-resistant geometry and double T-girder design. A hollow shaft reduces weight while providing comfortable grip and handling. Hardened, exactly ground jaws ensure precise fit on fasteners and the ratchet mechanism speeds up repeated operations. Durable materials and matt chrome plating provide corrosion resistance and a non-glare finish suitable for professional use.

Key specifications

How to use

Select the correct spanner size and place the jaw over the fastener. Use the ratchet mechanism for repeated tightening or loosening motions to work efficiently in restricted spaces; apply steady force through the hollow handle for high torque transfer. For bit-ratchet use, attach adaptor 7 RA or 7 RB to the drive end according to the adaptor instructions and secure the bit before operating. Keep the tool aligned with the fastener to avoid rounding the head.

Recommendations

Inspect the spanner and ratchet mechanism before use. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and avoid sudden impacts or excessive torque beyond recommended values for the fastener. After use, wipe clean and store in a dry place to preserve the matt chrome finish.
