Kompatibel MPF-lift til Lexmark-printer, model 40X7598

Compatible Feed MPF Lift for Lexmark printers, model 40X7598 is a replacement multi-pass feeder (MPF) lift assembly designed to restore reliable document feeding in supported Lexmark devices. This component replaces worn or damaged MPF lift parts to reestablish consistent paper pickup, reduce misfeeds and minimise interruptions during multi-page scanning or copying tasks. The part is intended for service technicians and users performing hardware maintenance on compatible Lexmark printers.

Advantages

The replacement MPF lift assembly offers a like-for-like mechanical interface and mounting points that match the original component, enabling straightforward installation in compatible machines. By renewing the lift mechanism you can expect improved paper alignment and reduced frequency of jams associated with a degraded MPF lift. The part is manufactured to meet functional requirements for feeding performance and durability under normal office usage.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Restoring multi-pass feeder operation in compatible Lexmark printers
• Preventive maintenance to reduce paper jams and feed errors
• Service and repair tasks performed by technicians or trained users
• Replacing worn or damaged MPF lift assemblies during refurbishment

Key specifications

• Function: Multi-pass feeder (MPF) lift assembly for document feeding
• Compatibility: Designed for specified Lexmark printer models that accept this MPF lift form factor
• Material characteristics: durable polymer and metal mounting components typical for feed mechanisms
• Mounting: direct-fit replacement using original mounting points and connectors
• Performance: restores reliable paper pickup and alignment for multi-page feeding operations

How to use

Turn off the printer and disconnect mains power before attempting installation. Access the MPF area according to the printer service manual, remove the worn or faulty lift assembly by releasing the specified fasteners and connectors, then install the replacement by aligning it with the original mounting points and securing the fasteners. Reconnect any electrical or mechanical links and verify that the assembly moves freely. After reassembly, run a test feed or calibration cycle to confirm correct operation of the multi-pass feeder.

Recommendations

Use genuine service documentation for your Lexmark model to follow exact removal and installation steps; wear appropriate ESD protection when handling internal components; inspect related feed rollers and separation pads and replace them if excessively worn to ensure optimal feeding performance.
