Krympeflex CellPack 144362, 100 cm længde, 1 stk.

CellPack 144362 is a single 100 cm length of heat-shrink tubing engineered for electrical insulation and mechanical protection of cables and splices. Made to shrink when heated, the tubing forms a close-fitting sleeve that improves strain relief, protects conductors from abrasion and provides enhanced moisture resistance in typical wiring and repair tasks. The product is supplied as one continuous piece; a standard spool may include sections that have been tied together, and other lengths are available on request.

Advantages

The heat-shrink tubing provides reliable insulation and a consistent shrink profile that helps to secure joints and terminations. Its shrink-to-fit behaviour ensures improved mechanical support around cable joins and connectors, while the material increases resistance to abrasion and environmental exposure. Supplied as a ready-to-use 100 cm piece, the tubing is convenient for repair jobs and custom-length installations without the need for pre-cut segments.

Suitable for

• Insulating wire splices and soldered joints
• Providing strain relief at connector exits and cable routing points
• Protecting individual conductors and small cable bundles from abrasion
• Sealing and improving moisture resistance in indoor wiring and electronic repairs

Key specifications

• Type: Heat-shrink tubing
• Length: 100 cm (single piece)
• Quantity: 1 piece
• Function: Electrical insulation, mechanical protection, strain relief, moisture resistance

How to use

Slide the tubing over the conductor, splice or connector so the area to be insulated is fully covered. Apply controlled heat evenly along the tubing using a heat gun, hot-air tool or suitable alternative until the tubing contracts and conforms tightly to the underlying component. Allow the tube to cool to room temperature before handling to ensure a stable seal and durable mechanical support.

Recommendations

For consistent results, start heating from the centre of the tube and move outwards, keeping the heat source in continuous motion to avoid scorching. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and select a heating method compatible with the wire insulation and surrounding materials. When working on live circuits, ensure power is disconnected and follow applicable electrical safety procedures.
