Krympeflex DeLOCK 19934

The DeLOCK 19934 heat shrink tube is a transparent polyolefin sleeve designed to insulate and protect cables, electrical tubes and wires. When exposed to heat, the tube shrinks to form a tight, protective covering that helps guard against weather effects and mechanical damage. The product is supplied in a practical dispenser box that keeps the tubing clean and allows easy transport, orderly storage and individual cutting.

Advantages

Transparent polyolefin material provides reliable electrical insulation and visual inspection of connections. The tubing shrinks uniformly under heat for a snug fit and improved mechanical protection. The dispenser box prevents dirt and dust contamination, enables easy unrolling and allows precise, individual cutting for on-site use. Resistant to moisture, chemicals and abrasion, the tube suits a range of applications.

Suitable for

• Insulating and protecting wire splices and soldered joints
• Covering and organizing cable runs in workshops or industrial environments
• Repairing damaged cable insulation and protecting terminals
• DIY electrical projects and professional wiring installations

How to use

Measure and cut a suitable length of the heat shrink tube from the dispenser box, slide it over the cable or joint to be protected, and apply even heat (for example with a heat gun) until the sleeve shrinks tightly around the component. Allow the tubing to cool to form a stable insulating cover. For best results keep the heat source moving to avoid overheating any one area.

Recommendations

Use a regulated heat gun and follow safety guidelines for working with heat. Select a tube diameter that provides sufficient overlap before shrinking and avoid open flame to prevent material damage. For applications exposed to aggressive chemicals or extreme conditions, verify compatibility with the polyolefin material.
