Krympeslange DeLOCK 19937

The DeLOCK 19937 heat shrink tube is made from polyolefin and provides insulation and mechanical protection for cables, wires and electrical tubes. When heat is applied the sleeve shrinks and tightly surrounds the conductor, improving the durability of the connection. The tube is transparent to allow visual inspection of the underlying component. The product is supplied in a practical dispenser box that keeps the tubing clean and enables neat storage, easy unrolling and individual cutting.

Advantages

Polyolefin construction offers good electrical insulation and resistance to environmental effects. The transparent colour allows quick identification of covered components. The dispenser box protects the tubing from dirt and dust, simplifies transport and supports controlled dispensing and cutting of required lengths.

Suitable for

• Insulating and protecting electrical connections
• Repairing damaged cable jackets
• Marking and identifying wires while maintaining visibility
• Workshops, industrial installations and home electrical projects

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 19937
• Material: Polyolefin
• Colour: Transparent
• Packaging: Dispenser box for easy unrolling and cutting
• Category: Cable organizers / heat shrink tubing

How to use

Cut a suitable length from the dispenser, slide the heat shrink tube over the cable or joint, then apply heat evenly (for example with a heat gun or lighter at a safe distance) until the tube contracts and conforms to the shape of the underlying component. Allow the tube to cool before handling to ensure a secure fit.

Recommendations

Use appropriate heat sources and observe safety precautions: keep flame sources at a safe distance, avoid overheating which can damage insulation, and ensure good ventilation when heating. Choose the correct tube diameter and wall thickness for the cable to achieve proper shrink fit.
