Lanview LVN127597 patchpanel 1U

The Lanview LVN127597 is a 19" shielded 1U patch panel with 24 RJ-45 ports arranged in a staggered layout to minimise alien crosstalk. The panel is made of durable steel, finished in black, and is intended for rack mounting to provide an organised termination point for Cat5e network cabling. Each port has a screen-printed labelling field positioned above or below the port, and cable braces located behind the ports to relieve cable stress.

Advantages

Shielded design and staggered ports reduce alien crosstalk and improve overall signal integrity in copper installations. Steel construction and standard 1U form factor ensure mechanical durability and compatibility with 19" racks. Screen-printed labelling fields and integrated cable braces simplify identification and cable management during installation and maintenance.

Suitable for

• Small and medium business network racks
• Structured cabling installations using Cat5e
• Telecommunications and server rooms requiring shielded connections

How to use

Mount the panel in a standard 19" rack using appropriate screws and cage nuts. Terminate Cat5e cables to the rear IDC/jack connections or punch-down blocks (follow your installer documentation for the exact termination style). Use the screen-printed fields to label each port, and route cables through the rear cable braces to reduce mechanical strain. Verify connections with a cable tester after termination to ensure correct wiring and continuity.

Recommendations

For best performance, pair this shielded patch panel with shielded patch cords and properly grounded rack infrastructure. Maintain bend radius guidelines for Cat5e cabling and avoid running unshielded power cables parallel to network runs to minimise interference.
