Lydkabel 5 m Tecline EXC 108561

The Tecline EXC 108561 audio cable is a 5 m connection lead designed to link devices with a 3.5 mm output to equipment with RCA inputs. One end of the cable has a single 3.5 mm male plug and the opposite end terminates in two RCA male plugs. Nickel-plated contacts are used to promote reliable signal transmission and to resist wear. The cable is finished in black and intended for use where a longer reach between source and receiver is required.

Advantages

This 5 m Tecline cable provides a straightforward analog connection between portable audio sources and stereo or AV equipment. The nickel-plated contacts reduce oxidation and contribute to consistent audio performance over time. The molded connectors and cable shielding offer a durable assembly suitable for repeated handling and typical home or studio environments.

How to use

Insert the 3.5 mm male plug into the headphone or line-out jack of the source device and connect the two RCA male plugs to the corresponding left and right RCA inputs on the target device, matching colors or labeled channels. Ensure both devices are powered off or volume is low when connecting to avoid loud transients. Once connected, power the devices and adjust levels on the source and receiver as needed to achieve the desired audio balance.

Recommendations

Route the cable away from power cords and strong electromagnetic sources to minimise potential interference. Avoid sharp bends and excessive strain near the connector ends; use cable ties or clips for gentle support if a fixed path is required. For long-term installations, periodically check connector contacts for contamination and clean them if necessary.
