The gold-plated 3.5 mm connectors reduce contact corrosion and help maintain a stable audio signal. The 5 m length provides extended reach for connecting headsets or external speakers to smartphones, tablets and other audio sources. The cable’s compatibility with 4‑pin headset jacks preserves microphone and remote control functions when used with compatible Apple devices.
