How to use

Route the cable between devices ensuring connectors are aligned and fully inserted until they latch. Use the 5-pin XLR male to female connection to carry balanced multi-conductor signals; when connecting to equipment, confirm pin assignments match the devices to avoid wiring mismatches. Avoid tight bends at the connector ends and keep the cable away from power cables or other strong electromagnetic sources to preserve signal quality. Coil and store the cable properly after use to prevent kinks and extend service life.

Recommendations

For best performance, regularly inspect connectors for dirt or bent pins and replace cables that show significant wear. When running long cable runs, route separately from mains wiring and secure with appropriate fasteners. For DMX or multi-channel audio applications, verify pinouts on both ends before final connection to ensure compatibility between connected devices.
