Mappe af polypropylen (PP) HERMA 19518 A3 blå

The HERMA Folder Polypropylene (PP) 19518 in A3 size is a lightweight document folder made from durable polypropylene that protects and organizes large-format papers. Its blue color provides a clear visual distinction in filing systems while remaining suitable for professional and educational environments. Designed to hold A3 documents, the folder offers ample space for drawings, presentations, posters and loose sheets while resisting moisture and everyday wear.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction ensures tear resistance and flexibility, allowing repeated use without deformation. Its smooth surface is easy to clean and write on with labels or permanent markers. The folder combines low weight with sufficient stiffness to protect contents during transport and storage. Color coding in blue helps identify contents quickly in multi-folder systems.

How to use

Place A3 documents flat inside the folder so edges align with the folder opening to avoid creasing. Close the folder and carry it by hand or slide it into larger portfolios or shelving for storage. For frequent access, use the folder as a temporary holder during presentations or workshops; for long-term archiving, store folders upright on shelves to maintain shape and protect contents from bending.

Recommendations

To extend the service life of the polypropylene folder, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and high heat, and keep heavy objects from pressing on stored documents. Use adhesive labels or a permanent marker on the folder spine or front to identify contents clearly.
