Metabo 628314000 diamantbor højreløb

The Metabo 628314000 Right hand rotation diamond drill bit is a single-piece, durable tool engineered for precise drilling in a variety of hard materials. Designed with right hand rotation, this drill bit provides stable performance and longevity for repetitive drilling tasks. Its construction focuses on consistent cutting action and resistance to wear, making it suitable for demanding jobsite conditions as well as careful DIY projects.

Advantages

The one-piece design minimizes the risk of separation or wobble during use, improving drilling accuracy. Diamond-embedded cutting edges give efficient material removal and prolonged life when used with appropriate drilling techniques and cooling. Right hand rotation matches standard drill setups and ensures predictable chip evacuation and hole quality. The solid construction reduces vibration and supports repeatable results across different substrates.

Suitable for

• Drilling into ceramic tiles and porcelain
• Cutting holes in natural and engineered stone
• Creating openings in glass and tempered glass (when used with proper technique)
• Precision core drilling for plumbing and electrical passthroughs

Key specifications

• Tool type: diamond core/drill bit with right hand rotation
• Construction: single-piece, solid body for reduced vibration
• Intended use: drilling hard, brittle materials (tiles, stone, glass)
• Compatibility: standard right-rotation drilling machines and hand-held drills
• Performance focus: wear resistance and consistent cutting action

How to use

Mount the diamond drill bit in a compatible rotary drill or core drill chuck designed for right hand rotation. Begin drilling at low speed to establish a stable contact point; for fragile materials, start at an angle and gradually bring the bit perpendicular to the surface. Use steady, moderate pressure without forcing the tool. Employ continuous cooling with water or a suitable coolant to reduce heat build-up and to extend bit life. Periodically withdraw the bit to clear debris and inspect the cutting edge.

Recommendations

Use with appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and gloves. For best results on large-diameter holes or thick materials, use a drill guide or core drilling rig to maintain alignment. Avoid dry drilling on heat-sensitive surfaces; maintain water flow to the cutting area. Match drilling speed and feed to the specific material to balance performance and wear.
