Microconnect KON512-50EZ RJ45-stik sølv

The Microconnect KON512-50EZ is a silver male RJ45 CAT6a wire connector designed for quick and reliable twisted-pair terminations. The Easy-Connect design lets wires be inserted through the connector and exit at the front so the technician can quickly verify correct wiring order. The connector is pulled down over the cable jacket and seated tightly at the rear to reduce the distance between the wire twists and the contacts, improving electrical performance. Supplied as a pack of 50 pieces.

Advantages

The Easy-Connect design simplifies termination and visual verification of pair order. Pull-down seating over the cable jacket ensures a secure mechanical fit and minimizes untwisting, supporting optimized CAT6a performance. Compact silver housing and standard RJ45 interface make it compatible with common networking cables and installations.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• On-site RJ45 CAT6a cable terminations and repairs
• Network installers performing bulk terminations
• Patch panel to device cabling and custom cable assemblies
• Environments where quick visual verification of wiring order is required

How to use

Strip the outer jacket of the CAT6a cable to the recommended length, insert the individual conductors through the connector so they exit at the front, and arrange them in the correct wiring order. Verify pair order visually, then pull the connector down over the cable jacket and seat it firmly at the rear to secure the cable and maintain twist integrity. Terminate according to standard procedures for RJ45 CAT6a terminations.

Recommendations

For best performance, use with properly prepared CAT6a cables and follow industry-standard termination tools and procedures. Avoid excessive untwisting of pairs and ensure the connector is fully seated over the cable jacket to maintain signal integrity.
