Monteringsskinne Rittal 7030088

The Rittal 7030088 mounting bar is a 19-inch installation accessory made of durable plastic with a black finish, intended for secure equipment mounting in racks and enclosures. With a nominal width of 482.6 mm (19") and a depth of 141 mm, the bar provides stable support for devices and helps organise components inside server rooms, control cabinets and industrial installations. Depending on the design variant, the mounting unit can accommodate either a single processing/sensor unit (enclosure frame version) or up to three units (482.6 mm, 19" levels).

Advantages

The mounting bar combines a lightweight plastic construction with sufficient mechanical rigidity for rack-installed components while resisting corrosion and reducing electrical conductivity. Its standard 19" width ensures compatibility with commonly used racks and mounting systems, and the 141 mm depth offers room for connectors and cable routing behind mounted devices. The black finish provides a neutral appearance that integrates with existing cabinet interiors.

How to use

Install the mounting bar into a compatible rack or enclosure at the required height following the rack manufacturer's guidance. Fit devices to the bar using the appropriate fasteners and mounting points provided by the unit design; ensure that devices are correctly aligned with the bar's mounting openings. Route cables behind the mounted devices within the available 141 mm depth to avoid strain on connectors. Verify secure fastening and stability before powering equipment.

Recommendations

Choose the 19" level variant when multiple small modules must be mounted side-by-side (up to three units). Use the enclosure frame variant when mounting a single processing or sensor unit inside a cabinet. Observe device weight limits and distribute mounted components to maintain balance in the rack; keep ventilation clear and follow electrostatic discharge precautions during installation.
