Netkabel Bachmann 304.174 sort 2 m

The Bachmann 304.174 power cable is a 2 m black mains lead designed for reliable connection of electrical equipment. It combines a moulded right-angled plug with dual earthing contact and a 30 mm stripped, ferruled end for secure termination. The construction supports safe current carrying according to conductor cross-section at 70 °C and is suitable for a variety of devices and installation situations.

Advantages

The moulded right-angled plug with dual earthing contact system provides robust earthing and reduces strain at the inlet. The stripped 30 mm conductor end supplied with ferrules allows fast, safe wiring into terminal blocks or equipment. The 2 m cable length and black outer sheath offer flexibility and a discreet appearance while preserving conductivity and mechanical durability under normal operating conditions.

Suitable for

• Connecting household and office electrical appliances to mains sockets
• Equipment requiring a right-angled, earthed mains lead
• Wiring into distribution blocks or devices with screw terminals using ferrules
• Installations where a 2 m cable length is appropriate

How to use

Insert the right-angled moulded plug into a compatible mains inlet or socket ensuring the earth contact engages properly. Secure the 30 mm stripped, ferruled conductors into the device’s terminal block or connector following the equipment manufacturer’s wiring diagram and tightening specifications. Verify that connections are tight and that insulation is intact before powering the device.

Recommendations

Use the cable only with compatible earthed equipment and terminals. Ensure conductor cross-section and the equipment’s temperature rating are suitable for the intended load; avoid exceeding the maximum load ratings. Inspect the cable and ferrule terminations periodically for damage or loosening and replace if any wear is found.
