Netstikadapter Bachmann 919.284

The Bachmann 919.284 power plug adapter is a 2-pole device (L, N) with undervoltage tripping designed for safe AC power connections. It supports an input voltage of 250 V at 50 Hz and a maximum current rating of 16 A. The adapter includes an undervoltage trip function that activates at tripping currents below 30 mA and trip times under 30 ms. It has been tested to meet relevant standards including EN 61008-1:1994+A2+A11 and EN 61008-2-1 / IEC 884-1 and associated amendments.

Advantages

The adapter offers compact and robust construction suitable for repeated connections, with built-in undervoltage protection to enhance safety by disconnecting quickly at low fault currents. Compliance with EN/IEC standards provides verified performance and reliability for residential and light-industrial installations. The 16 A rating and standard 250 V/50 Hz compatibility make it suitable for a wide range of common appliances and equipment.

Suitable for

• Temporary power connections for household appliances
• Light industrial equipment requiring 16 A / 250 V supply
• Workshops, offices, and exhibition stands
• Situations where undervoltage trip protection is required

How to use

Connect the adapter to a compatible 250 V AC mains socket and then plug the device or appliance into the adapter. Ensure the load does not exceed the 16 A rating. Inspect the adapter for visible damage before each use and avoid exposure to moisture or mechanical stress. If the device trips due to undervoltage protection, disconnect the load and verify mains voltage and wiring before reconnecting.

Recommendations

Use the Bachmann 919.284 adapter indoors or in dry sheltered locations, avoid overloading beyond 16 A, and have electrical installations checked by a qualified electrician if repeated trips occur.
