Advantages

It supports quick switching between portrait and landscape orientation and enables easy placing and removal of the tablet. The passive design requires no power connection and provides a compact, unobtrusive mounting option for smaller tablets and UMPCs.

Recommendations

Tablets should not be mounted on a dashboard if they obstruct the driver’s view or block vehicle controls. ProClip brackets are primarily intended for smaller devices; using them with larger tablets must be evaluated case by case. Check the fit and stability of the ProClip for your vehicle and the tablet size before installation. Brodit does not recommend dashboard installations of tablets and accepts no responsibility for such use; any dashboard installation is at the customer’s own risk. For extended rear-seat use, consider installing the tablet on a Brodit headrest mount.
