Patchkabel ACT CAT5E U/UTP Litze grå 100 m

ACT CAT5E U/UTP stranded network cable on a 100 m reel in grey. The cable contains four unshielded twisted pairs with stranded copper conductors (AWG24) and a PVC jacket, designed for reliable Ethernet and data connections in home and office networks.

Advantages

The stranded AWG24 copper conductors and flexible PVC sheath provide good bendability for installation on a reel and in cabling trays. Unshielded twisted pairs (U/UTP) reduce crosstalk between pairs, supporting stable data transmission over typical Ethernet distances. A 100 m reel offers a single continuous length for longer runs without splices.

Suitable for

• Ethernet patching and horizontal network runs
• Home and small office network cabling
• Flexible installations where cable movement or bends are expected

Key specifications

• Cable construction: 4 pairs (Blue/White, Orange/White, Green/White, Brown/White)
• Conductor type: Stranded copper, AWG24
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pairs)
• Jacket material: PVC
• Length: 100 m reel
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Cut the required length from the 100 m reel and strip the outer PVC jacket to expose the four twisted pairs. Terminate the stranded AWG24 conductors with compatible RJ45 boots or patch panels using appropriate strain-relief and connectors rated for stranded wire. Route the cable following standard installation practices to avoid sharp bends and sources of electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the cable within typical CAT5E distance limits (up to 100 m for a single run) and avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines. Use connectors and patch panels designed for stranded conductors to ensure reliable terminations.
