Patchkabel Equip Cat.6 S/FTP RJ-45 30 m sort

The Equip Cat.6 S/FTP Patch Cord is a 30 m network cable designed for reliable data transmission in home and office environments. Constructed from high-quality materials and tested to industrial standards, this Cat.6 S/FTP cable features foil and braid shielding to reduce interference and maintain signal integrity. Both ends are fitted with RJ-45 connectors, providing compatibility with switches, routers, patch panels and network devices.

Advantages

The S/FTP design offers improved protection against alien crosstalk and electromagnetic interference, supporting higher bandwidth and a better signal-to-noise ratio compared with unshielded cables. At 30 metres length and with robust RJ-45 connectors, the cable delivers stable, low-error performance for demanding network setups while presenting a discrete black finish.

Suitable for

• Cabling between patch panels and switches in data cabinets
• Structured cabling in offices and server rooms
• Connecting routers, switches, NAS devices and computers
• Environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference

How to use

Route the patch cable between network devices ensuring the connectors are fully inserted into RJ-45 ports until they click. Avoid tight bends and sharp kinks to preserve cable performance. If used in a shielded installation, ensure the cable shielding is properly grounded according to site practices to maintain interference protection.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep cable runs within recommended distances for Cat.6 and separate from large power cables. Verify continuity and performance with a network tester after installation and follow grounding guidelines when deploying S/FTP cabling.
