Patchkabel Equip Cat.6A RJ-45 S/FTP 0,25 m grå

The Equip Cat.6A S/FTP Patch Cord is a short, high-performance network cable designed for reliable 10GBase-T connections. With a length of 0.25 m and RJ-45 connectors on both ends, the grey patch cord provides improved bandwidth and signal-to-noise margin for demanding network environments. S/FTP shielding and gold-plated contacts reduce interference and enhance contact durability for stable data transfer up to 10000 Mbit/s.

Advantages

The Cat.6A construction delivers higher bandwidth and better noise immunity compared with lower-category cables. S/FTP shielding protects against external electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, while gold-plated RJ-45 contacts improve corrosion resistance and ensure a consistent connection. The short 0.25 m length is suitable for tidy connections in patch panels or between nearby devices.

Suitable for

• Short-distance connections in data centers and server racks
• Patch panels and switch-to-switch links within racks
• High-speed 10GBase-T links between network equipment
• Environments requiring improved shielding against interference

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network port of your switch, patch panel or device and the other RJ-45 plug to the destination port. Ensure plugs are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Use the 0.25 m length for short, direct connections to minimise cable slack and maintain orderly cable management in racks or between adjacent devices.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling force on the cable. Keep the patch cord away from strong electromagnetic sources and install in accordance with your rack and patch-panel layout to preserve shielding effectiveness and 10G link stability.
